Statement re Brazil

1 December 2020 - The Brazilian authorities’ allegations against the Company and any suggestion that Trafigura’s current management authorized or had knowledge of improper payments to employees of Petrobras are not supported by evidence, and Trafigura strongly denies these allegations.

Trafigura’s management actively promotes a culture of transparency and regulatory compliance and we have a zero tolerance policy on bribery and corruption. The company has in place robust anti-money laundering, bribery and corruption policies and compliance systems that meet international standards.
