About the Trafigura Montevideo Graduate Programme
Our two-year Graduate Programme based in Montevideo provides successful candidates with structured rotations in our Trade Finance, Deals Desk and Operations teams. This enables participants to gain a diverse range of skills and a comprehensive understanding of the trade lifecycle and the intricacies of our business.
The programme helps identify one’s ideal role based on their strengths, fosters an entrepreneurial mindset, and provides the necessary knowledge and exposure for a prosperous and enduring career with the Trafigura Group.

- Rotation length: 3 x 8-months
- Rotation departments: Operations / Deals Desk / Trade Finance
- Programme start: October 2024
- Working hours and location: Mon-Fri 09:00 – 18:00 based in our Montevideo office
- Relocation assistance provided to selected applicants residing outside of Uruguay
- Fluent spoken and written English mandatory
