About the Trafigura Geneva Graduate Programme
Our two-year Graduate Programme based in our Geneva office provides successful candidates with structured rotations in our Deals Desk, Trade Finance, Operations and Business Analysis teams. This enables participants to gain a diverse range of skills and a comprehensive understanding of the trade lifecycle and the intricacies of our business.
The programme helps identify one’s ideal role based on their strengths, fosters an entrepreneurial mindset, and provides the necessary knowledge and exposure for a prosperous and enduring career with the Trafigura Group.
